When is payment collected for concierge services?

When you submit your concierge cart, no payment is processed immediately. Our team reviews your selections, confirms availability and exact pricing with our partners, and then sends a confirmation with a secure payment link. Your card is only charged once you approve the final details.

Can I change or cancel services after booking?

Most services can be adjusted or canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Some experiences, such as private chefs and photography, may have stricter policies during peak dates. Your concierge will outline any specific terms before you confirm.

Are these services available at every LuxeStay villa?

Availability varies by destination and villa. If a selected service is not available for your specific property or dates, your concierge will suggest similar alternatives or remove the item from your request before payment is processed.

Can you accommodate allergies and special requests?

Yes. During checkout, you’ll be able to share dietary needs, mobility considerations, children’s ages, and any special occasions. Your concierge will coordinate with partners to accommodate these wherever possible and confirm any limitations ahead of time.
